Western Branch Preserve

Just North of Kilmarnock in Lancaster County and on Virginia’s Historic Northern Neck, 225 acres along the banks of the Corrotoman River remain remarkably unchanged.

41 homeowners will have this land to themselves – to wander the tranquil forest paths, crab from the docks, fish for striped bass and relax on the porches over looking the serene Corrotoman River.

Western Branch Preserve is dedicated to the preservation of costal Virginia’s environment and lifestyle. Protected by a conservation easement, it will always remain safe and secure from future development.

Only 41 homes will ever be offered on this 225 acre tract and all will over look the Corrotoman River. The home sites will range from .5 to 3 acres in size and the residents will own the remaining land of the preserve in common.
